Conor McGregor Announces Bid for Irish Presidency

UFC superstar Conor McGregor has officially declared his intention to run in Ireland’s presidential election set for October 24, 2025.
The fighter has called on citizens, parliament members, and local councils to support his nomination. To appear on the ballot, McGregor needs backing from at least 20 members of the Oireachtas or 4 local councils.
So far, he has not secured any official nominations, but he continues to rally supporters with fiery speeches and public appearances.
Despite his fame, experts say his chances are slim. Bookmakers currently give McGregor 100-1 odds of winning.
