3. What Is Prohibited

  1. Illegal Content:
    • Materials that violate the law.
    • Calls for violence, extremism, discrimination, or incitement of hatred.
  2. Fake News and Misinformation:
    • False or unverified information.
    • Provocative materials without factual evidence.
  3. Insults and Offensive Language:
    • Aggressive or derogatory remarks towards individuals or groups.
    • Use of offensive language, even in a joking manner.
  4. Spam and Advertising:
    • Direct promotion of goods or services without platform approval.
    • Hidden advertising or posting links to external resources.
  5. Plagiarism:
    • Copying materials from other platforms without permission or proper attribution.

4. Format and Technical Requirements

  1. Article Structure:
    • The title must be informative and concise.

  2. Text Length:
    • Minimum article length: 500 words.
    • Optimal length for publication: 800–1500 words.

5. Rights and Responsibilities

6. Rule Violations
