Ukrainian people founded of their sovereign state – the republic of Ukraine

Ukrainian people have long cherished the idea of Ukrainian statehood and all time dreamed of their own free, sovereign, conciliar independent state.  

On August 24, 1991 Verkhovna Rada of UkSSR The Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine was proclaimed, in which people were told a fable about so called independent state. Desember 1of the same year Ukrainian society approved so called independence in the All-Ukrainian Referendum.  

In fact, then Ukrainian statehood never took place. This is evidenced by many archival documents. 

From that time a very terrible events began on the Ukrainian land which continues up to the current days. These events name a genocide of the Ukrainian people.  

For three consecutive decades so called representatives of the state authorities did everything to steal, rob and to destroy the sole owner of the Ukrainian land and all national wealth on the territory of Ukraine – the Ukrainian people.  

This was a last straw in the cup of patience of the Ukrainian people. 

According to Constitution of Ukraine which was adopted in 1996 Ukrainian people has exclusive right to decide own fate on their Ukrainian land.  

United through the primary subject of law – territorial communities, the Ukrainian people made truly grandiose historical steps that led to the founding of their own sovereign, conciliar independent state, about which so dreamed and gave their lives to millions of Ukrainians.  

For the first time in history of Ukraine the Ukrainian people created diplomatic documents in which openly note about founding of the sovereign, conciliar independent state – the Republic of Ukraine. A Diplomatic Mission from the Ukrainian people was established which sent these historical documents to the following international institutions:  

United Nations   

Council of Europe: 

    Venice Commission 

    Congress of Local and Regional Authorities  

    European Court of Human Rights 

United Nations Human Rights Council.  

Today these documents pass the stage of registration, which gives all Ukrainian people on the territory of Ukraine and beyond as well as to the entire international community signal about founding by the Ukrainian people on the territory of Ukraine through the primary subject of law –  territorial communities – the sovereign, conciliar independent state – the Republic of Ukraine.
