In the framework of this meeting, further cooperation between the countries was a major issue on which attention was focused. This is not surprising, because as noted by the leaders of the states, Ukraine has excellent invaluable resources and high intellectual potential. Belarus, in turn, is well equipped with highly efficient equipment. Of course, the presence of these factors contributes to the emergence of a new level of cooperation between countries, because using our knowledge and Belarusian technology can achieve great results.
During the forum, the topic of regional cooperation was raised, ie jointly coordinated work of different regions of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus in order to improve regional production. Against this background, a number of agreements and cooperation agreements have been signed, in which virtually all regions of Ukraine are the main actors. For example, the chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Igor Bondarenko and the chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Anatoly Lis signed a “Cooperation Agreement”. The same agreements were signed by the Head of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration Alexander Stadnik and the head of the Minsk regional executive committee Anatoliy Isachenko, acting head of the Odessa regional state administration Svetlana Shatalova and the head of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Mykola Sherstnyov and others. This marked the beginning of active cooperation between friendly nations. The leaders of the states have high hopes for signed agreements.
