Parliament Speaker Dmitry Razumkov opened the morning plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada. 310 people's deputies registered in the hall.

As reported, the Rada today will consider a bill submitted by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on amendments to the Constitution regarding decentralization of power to be sent to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the Verkhovna Rada work plan for January 15.
The deputies will be offered a draft law on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the legislative procedure and amendments to the Tax Code regarding the increase in the availability of medical supplies that are purchased at the expense of the state budget.
In the second reading, the parliament will consider amendments to the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the review of court decisions on appeal and cassation, and the draft law on universal secondary education.
Changes to some laws of Ukraine regarding access to the infrastructure of construction, transport, electric power facilities and the provision of free meals for internally displaced children will also be considered in the second reading.
For a second first reading, an alternative bill on the legalization of gambling has been proposed.
Nine more bills are scheduled for first reading. Among them are changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the creation of a national intellectual property body; to strengthen the protection and protection of rights to trademarks and industrial designs and the fight against patent trolling; patent law reform; on free legal assistance to residents of temporarily occupied territories and others.
At 16:00 the parliament is scheduled to work in factions, groups and committees.
