Earlier, President Zelensky instructed to introduce a two-year moratorium on inspections of individuals-entrepreneurs of all categories except “risky” ones. The Cabinet of Ministers has prepared amendments to the current legislation, which provide for the introduction of inspections of individuals-entrepreneurs only on the basis of a risk-based approach. This was during a briefing following a government meeting, said Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Timofei Milovanov.
“We have amended the bill. There, fines are reduced, liability is reduced. What we call a moratorium will be carried out, but it’s right to say a risk-based approach to inspections. That is, we will not check everyone in a row, but only those who are specifically high-risk in goods and areas where there is information, ”he said.
As Ukrainian media reported, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to introduce a two-year moratorium on checks of individuals-entrepreneurs (FLP) of all categories, except for “risky” ones, for a period of two years.
