Spanish specialist Unai Emery has been dismissed from his post as head coach of London's Arsenal, the Gunners website says.
Arsenal cannot win 7 games in a row in all tournaments. This unpleasant series was the reason for the dismissal of the Spaniard after six months of work in London. Together with Emery, his entire coaching staff was fired. The team will temporarily be led by ex-Arsenal player Swede Fredrik Jungberg. Prior to this, Jungberg led the Gunners youth team.
Recall that after 13 rounds of the English Premier League, Arsenal is in 8th place in the standings. In the Europa League, the “gunners” lost to Eintracht in the last match, but continue to lead the group.
