Today, a tragic accident happened near Kiev: a train knocked down a young girl who was crossing railroad tracks in headphones and did not hear the sound of a train. The victim was 18-year-old Amin Bulakh, Ukraine's boxing champion.
The tragedy occurred in the village of Tarasivka, located in the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district. National police told details: "Special police station 102 received a message from an accidental witness that a train had killed a man in the village of Tarasivka in the Kiev-Svyatoshynsky area. An investigative task force left the scene at once, finding out that the 18-year-old The resident of the village of Tarasivka died late in the evening, left the pharmacy and went home via a train crossing, on headphones, and did not hear the approach of a train moving from Kiev to Fastov. The girl was killed at the scene. "
On the whole, the accident was caused by the pedestrian's negligence, so after the tragedy, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Article 115 (accident) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
