Not the only sweet stuff: Roshen has opened the Nice On Cafe
Roshen, Petro Poroshenko's confectionery corporation, opened in early September the first coffee shop offering Spanish Churros and hot drinks. The first Nice On Cafe coffee shop is open at 1, Prospect Nauki, just near the first company store and Roshen Kiev factory. Thus, the corporation entered the HoReCa segment.
No further plans or investments were disclosed. The institution was opened as part of the reconstruction project of Roshen Plaza. Now Nice On Cafe will compete with such establishments as: Kievhleb, Aromakava, etc.
Earlier, Vyacheslav Moskalevsky, president of Roshen, expressed his intention to turn stores into cafe-pastry shops, but refused, because according to him, "this is not his story."
At the same time, the company AVK, a competitor to Roshen, continues to actively develop its network of coffee houses in the Dnieper.
